Features
Time Saving
Most documentation systems have poor image quality and produce piles of unsorted print outs, video tapes, or CDs. With ATMOS MedDoc 2.6, you can create videos and pictures quickly and easily that are automatically archived to the system. With the ability to delete, edit, or add a video, you can easily find or create the documents you are looking for which eliminates clutter, keeps your work organized, and saves time.
Digital Archiving
The digital archiving system enables you to save what is important, and throw the rest away. If you are not satisfied with a recording, you can quickly record a new one and delete the first. MedDoc 2.6 also has the feature of editing the video so you can cut out only the important part and discard the remainder. This allows you to save storage space and to avoid extra clutter of unnecessary information so you can find your edited pictures and videos easily.
User Friendly
ATMOS MedDoc is very easy to follow and operate. It provides the option of recording by using either a foot pedal, mouse, or keypad which is similar to any video recorder. Videos are stored automatically and can be easily accessed using the patient database which can sort by either name or ID-number. You can also choose from a library of findings and diagnoses. MedDoc 2.6 comes with a print out user manual containing step by step instructions with screenshots in addition to a video user manual which provides click by click directions.
Easy Exporting
With Med Doc 2.6, it is easy to export photos, films, and diagnoses/ findings to standard data formats, to internal or external storage. You can easily save a picture file, video file, or word document onto your computer, and then email it. You also have the option of burning a video to a DC or DVD, or save any type of file on a USB drive or external hard drive. This is ideal for exchange with patients, colleagues, or for giving presentations and lectures. Because MedDoc 2.6 uses only uncompressed standard AVI Video, you can play the videos on any computer without additional software.
